We are a think tank that generates knowledge, strengthens technical capacities and promotes dialogue around the effective use of information and communication technologies as vehicles for development in Latin America.

We strengthen the digital ecosystem in Latin America through three main activities:

Academic Research:

We conduct independent and rigorous research to disseminate knowledge about digital technologies and their impact on development in Latin America.

Education and skills:

We train researchers, policymakers and decision makers in the private and social spheres to ensure they have the necessary skills to promote and seek the best use of ICT in their respective fields.

We promote constructive dialogue between public officials, businesses, academia and civil society on the challenges and innovations surrounding ICT policy research.
