ILDA and Centro Latam Digital invite organizations to participate in the first EmpatIA community call. Over the next few months, we will organize a series of online sessions that are designed to share knowledge and updates on the projects supported through this initiative. The objective of these calls is to share learnings and experiences of EmpatIA partners with organizations interested in the strategic use of technology from and for the public sector.
The first session will be held on October 20th at 5:00 p.m. CL / URU. This community call will address the issue of environmental control and will highlight learnings from the GovLab of Adolfo Ibáñez University and the Superintendency of the Environment (SMA) of the Government of Chile. This project focuses on the implementation of a predictive model for air pollution that seeks to provide data to the SMA to carry out preventive and reactive actions that reduce risk levels.
These calls are open sessions, we invite you to learn about AI for projects for social good, considering the ethical, political, social and economic aspects of AI development.
